Eleni Orfanou is Human Resources Consultant, Trainer and ACC Coach.
She holds BA in Business Organization & Administration, MSc in Human Resources Management, Advanced Diploma in Life & Executive Coaching and Diploma in Team & Leadership Coaching. She is member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the ICF Greece Chapter. As of 2015 she provides human resources consulting services, personal professional development services (coaching), designs and delivers training programs in HRM, coaching skills and core business competencies. Prior to that she has worked for 15 years in the area of human resources management, taking positions of gradually increasing responsibility in various companies operating in the sectors of media and entertainment, hospitality, travel retail and casino. She has also worked as human resources consultant for KPMG Greece, providing services mainly in the areas of human resources development to client companies operating in a variety of sectors such as banking, pharmaceutical and retail.
