{"id":14675,"date":"2025-05-19T12:26:48","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T09:26:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/?p=14675"},"modified":"2025-05-19T12:27:00","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T09:27:00","slug":"14675","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/en\/14675\/","title":{"rendered":"Organisational Grants Programme for Organisations active in the field of Gender Equality \u2013 Open Call"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Bodossaki Foundation and Fondation CHANEL are again working together to promote gender equality and empowerment of women in Greece.<\/p>\n<p>The new three-year cycle of collaboration between the Bodossaki Foundation and Fondation CHANEL succeeds the\u00a0Capacity Building Programme for Civil Society Organizations active in the field of gender equality in Greece, which was launched by the two Foundations in 2023. During the first cycle of the collaboration, the initiative supported 15 Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) engaged in promoting gender equality and women\u2019s empowerment in Greece. As a result, more than 2,700 people benefited directly and more than 11,000 indirectly. In the new cycle, the programme is extended to support, through two open calls, up to 27 CSOs active in these areas in Greece:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0Call: Organizational Grants Programme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The call will provide support to CSOs that demonstrate readiness to upgrade their organisational operations. A total of\u00a0<strong>up to 17 CSOs\u00a0<\/strong>will be supported for<strong>\u00a0up to 2 years\u00a0<\/strong>with a<strong>\u00a0total amount of \u20ac350,000<\/strong>. In addition, grantee organisations will receive an advanced Capacity Building programme from\u00a0Social Dynamo, the Bodossaki Foundation\u2019s NGO Hub.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications<\/strong>\u00a0must be completed and submitted electronically via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.bodossaki.gr:8443\/plugins\/servlet\/desk\/portal\/1\">JIRA platform<\/a>\u00a0<strong>by 3.00 pm, on Tuesday 15<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0July 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>launch event<\/strong>\u00a0of the Programme will take place on\u00a0<strong>Thursday 29<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>May at 13:00<\/strong>\u00a0at the Bodossaki Foundation offices (1st floor, 14 Mourouzi Street, 106 74 Athens) and registration is required\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialdynamo.gr\/event\/ekdilosi-enarxis-tou-programmatos-organosiakon-epichorigiseon-gia-okoip-pou-droun-gia-tin-isotita-ton-fylon-kai-tin-endynamosi-gynaikon\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Interested CSOs will also have the opportunity to participate in tailor-made\u00a0<strong>proposal writing workshops<\/strong>. Through participating in the workshops, organisations will be able to identify their organisational needs, define priority axes, sub-actions and expected outcomes of the Organisational Development Action Plan. In addition, the workshops will provide practical advice on completing the capacity mapping and the application form.<\/p>\n<p>Proposal Writing Workshops:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>29\/05\/2025, 15:00-18:00, in person proposal writing workshop<\/li>\n<li>12\/06\/2025, 15:00-18:00, online proposal writing workshop<\/li>\n<li>26\/06\/2025, 15:00-18:00, online proposal writing workshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eligibility criteria for the\u00a0<strong>1st call:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested CSOs must meet the following general eligibility requirements:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>They must be:\u00a0<strong>(i) Civil Society Organizations<\/strong>, as defined under Law 4873\/2021, i.e. associations or civil non-profit companies, or\u00a0<strong>(ii)\u00a0<\/strong>public benefit foundations as defined under Law 4182\/2013 or any successor legislation.<\/li>\n<li>They must be\u00a0<strong>established in Greece<\/strong>\u00a0and at the time of the announcement of the call<strong>\u00a0they must have been legally established for at least one (1) year<\/strong>\u00a0since their incorporation and acquisition of legal personality.<\/li>\n<li>They must not belong to the public sector or to local authorities, they must not be legal persons under public law or legal persons within the broader public sector, as defined by the applicable legal provisions. In general they must not fall under the jurisdiction or supervision of the State and their action must not be of a religious, political or trade union \u2013 professional nature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each candidate CSO must submit an independent application. There is no provision for the participation of partners.<\/li>\n<li>Each candidate CSO must submit only one (1) application under the first call.<\/li>\n<li>Eligible CSOs must observe the principles of democratic values and human rights and respect the fundamental rights and values on the basis of which the EU was founded and must not promote, approve or support any form of physical, psychological violence against women, children and other groups at risk, and in general the promotion of all forms of violence, in their actions, communication strategies or public messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The results will be announced in October 2025.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, interested organisations can contact the Bodossaki Foundation\u2019s Social Dynamo at the following email address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:socialdynamo@bodossaki.gr\">socialdynamo@bodossaki.gr<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bodossaki Foundation and Fondation CHANEL are again working together to promote gender equality and empowerment of women in Greece.
