Claire Venetsanakou

Claire has covered a wide range of leadership roles, which have a common characteristic: human learning and development. She is interested in serving professionally to provide high-quality care and support to others. Claire is passionate about the field of coaching and experiential learning programs. She engages in supporting leaders and organizations to progress and create their future possibilities. She has made significant contributions to the book “The Coaching Science Practitioner Handbook,” the proceeds of which allowed for the grant of a scholarship to fund a coaching research program on workplace resilience through coaching by Sheela Hobden, based in the United Kingdom. Together with Tünde Erdös, she co-designed and co-organizes the “Integrative Presence” experiential approach program, a hybrid online/offline program that provides transformative learning for coaches and leaders in a unique way, based on scientific research on coaching presence and authentic self-development. She grew up in a family with deep values of faith, respect for humanity, and nature. Perhaps that’s why she feels like a citizen of the world! She excels in acquiring new skills with curiosity, vitality, purpose, and vision. She enjoys working, being kind, empathetic, and embracing the world with meaning and care because she believes that we are all interconnected and can make a difference every day.
