Nikos Schetakis is an ADHD Coach (DEPY Coach), certified at the Senior level by EMCC, and he continues his education in Mental Health Counseling. He supports adults and teenagers with ADHD to highlight their strengths and manage their challenges in work, studies, career choices, and daily life. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in “Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology” from the University of East London. Nikos is a member of the Hellenic Coaching Association (HCA/EMCC) and has served as a board member of the ADHD Hellas Association. He founded the self-help group for individuals with ADHD in Thessaloniki and manages the online community for people with ADHD. Furthermore, he continues his education and contribution to the community through classes, conferences, seminars, groups, and volunteering activities that he attends or offers.
