The Capacity Development Programme provides a wide range of organisational and professional development services for Greek Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), which were selected to participate in the ‘Building a robust and democratic civic space’ (BUILD) programme. The majority of the training sessions are also available for other CSOs, with the aim of maximising the social impact of the programme beyond the actual beneficiaries of the project.
The Capacity Building Programme will then focus on providing organisational development training sessions as well as themed training sessions on European Union values, through which participants will be able to improve their knowledge of European Legislation, EU values and the protection of fundamental rights.
All participating CSOs will also benefit from a series of storytelling workshops, a valuable tool in fundraising efforts as well. A wide range of professional support services, team mentoring, personalised coaching, and consulting on legal and tax issues are also provided. The specific services are adapted to the needs of the CSOs participating in the programme, following the evaluation of their abilities and priorities with Social Dynamo tools.
