With over 25 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and business model innovation, Elena helps organizations—from startups to global enterprises—achieve sustainable growth and navigate complex challenges. She specializes in shaping strategic direction, driving transformation, and fostering innovation to create long-term value.
Elena works closely with leadership teams, founders, and boards, offering strategic insight, optimizing business models, and strengthening decision-making. Her career spans senior roles at leading organizations including Deutsche Telekom Group–OTE, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, KPMG, Egnatia Bank, PZ Cussons–Minerva Edible Oils, and the Athens 2004 Olympics, where she delivered measurable impact in growth, expansion, and operational efficiency.
Over the past 15 years, Elena has been actively involved in the startup ecosystem—as a mentor, advisor, and entrepreneur herself—helping founders turn ideas into scalable ventures. She is a member of the Board of Directors of KEMEL, and an Advisory Board member of Innovmater.
She holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Nottingham Business School, both with a focus on Strategy.
