SHE is a non-profit organisation that advocates for the rights of women and LGBTQI+ individuals, contributing to the creation of a just, inclusive, and sustainable society. Its vision is to eliminate gender and social inequalities and promote equal participation for all individuals in all aspects of society.
Its mission is to empower vulnerable and underrepresented groups through targeted initiatives in counselling, education, capacity building, and support, while strengthening their skills, autonomy, and social inclusion.
SHE develops initiatives aimed at combating discrimination, promoting multicultural coexistence, and addressing environmental and social challenges through an ecofeminist perspective.
