Social Dynamo is an initiative of the Bodossaki Foundation, which aims to empower civil society organizations by focusing on training and capacity building, professional support and networking.
Access by the visitor / user (hereinafter “user“) of the contents of the website (website) www.socialdynamo.gr, owner, creator and owner of all the rights of which is Bodossaki Foundation (hereinafter “BF“) requires unconditional agreement to the following terms of use, which are applicable to all the content, pages, graphics, images, photographs and files contained on the website.
Therefore, the user should read these terms carefully before using the website and if he or she does not agree, he or she may refrain from using the content. BF encourages the private use of the website content for personal information, and use for educational or research purposes as well. Content submitted and published by users
BF via Social Dynamo website gives users the option to submit and/or publish their own content in applications, where provided, or in the communication of all kinds. However, the BF reserves the right to monitor this content and to prevent the publication of material unlawful, threatening, defamatory, offensive, obscene, scandalous, threatening, or any other could be considered illegal, to raise legal liability or otherwise violate law. If content as the above comes to the attention of BF, then BF is entitled to remove / not to publish without notice or any other formalities.
Users for their part recognize the right of BF to check and approve the material submitted before publication on the website. BF has the right (but not the obligation) to review, approve, reject or delete content submitted by users to the site and these decisions in no retest procedure subject.
