With a professional career spanning over 35 years, I have had the privilege of working in one of the most dynamic and demanding industries: commercial aviation. Throughout this journey, I have held diverse leadership and operational roles across multiple sectors of the industry, having worked in Greece and abroad for major global carriers, regional ground service providers and airport operators.
My experience encompasses a broad spectrum of working actively in aviation functions, including ground operations, customer service, aviation security and corporate identity. In each of these roles, I have consistently demonstrated strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to service quality. I have developed expertise in managing high-performance teams, streamlining complex business processes, implementing safety and compliance protocols, and enhancing the customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
Currently, I serve in a senior capacity at one of Europe’s leading ground service providers, where I continue to apply my knowledge and leadership to optimize operational efficiency, reinforce safety standards, and support organizational growth in a highly competitive environment.
Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I am an accredited Personal & Business Development Coach and active member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, where I voluntarily dedicate my free time to meaningful social initiatives and participate in specialized programs that aim to offer coaching and mentoring services, with a particular focus on empowering individuals and supporting the development of civil society e.g. Solidarity Coaching by Social Dynamo of Bodossakis Foundation.
In addition, I lead a LeanIn Circle dedicated to supporting working women. This initiative aims to foster to women self-awareness, build leadership and resilience skills, challenge social and workplace stereotypes, and promote a balanced, purpose-driven approach to life and career. Through this work, I advocate for gender equity, inclusive leadership, and sustainable personal and professional development.
