Iasonas Kantas has always been interested in communication and journalism and he followed this path right after his Bachelor in Communication, Media and Culture in Panteion University. In his first steps he worked as a journalist in Reportage Without Frontiers (ERT), Flash Radio and the weekly newspaper “To Pontiki”. Soon enough though his love for nature and our “common home” Earth prevailed. Thus, he is been working in WWF Greece since 2009. Starting as Media Relations Officer, he contributed in all aspects of one NGO’s communication, from content production to digital marketing and fundraising. Today, he is in charge of the Communication & Engagement Dpt of the organization, being responsible for the brand management of WWF Greece, the effective communication across the channels and the citizens’ meaningful engagement in the organization’s mission and work.
