John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation

The John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation was founded by his family in 2005 in memory of John Latsis, with the aim of preserving his charitable legacy, and the unwavering concern and dedication that he had shown throughout his life in implementing projects which would benefit Greek society. True to the values which characterised the philanthropic work of John Latsis, the Foundation supports initiatives which seek to respond more effectively to contemporary social needs, in collaboration with Civil Society bodies which have the necessary expertise and share a shared vision of shaping a more resilient, modern and inclusive society.

The Foundation’s charitable strategy focuses on the design, management and financing of projects and programmes that fall within the following pillars: Training & Skills Development, Innovation & Sustainable Development and Social Action & Solidarity.
