Her work is focused on: impact evaluation, planning, learning, governance, volunteer and employee performance management and organisational effectiveness.
Sofia brings a wide range of experience from her work in multiple countries and with different sizes and types of organizations, institutions and networks enabling her to navigate the complexities and dynamics of the work and improve organizational performance.
She has significant expertise on evaluation of programmes and strategies with a strong focus on using participatory methods and on empowerment. She is a great advocate of reflective and learning practices that enable organisations to map and comprehend their impact and to inform meaningfully their strategy, programmes and tactics. She brings a learning approach throughout all aspects of her work and strives to empower and support stakeholders and decision makers to translate learning into action and change and to build a culture of learning.
