The TIMA Charitable Foundation was founded in 2011 to support Greek non-profit organisations helping to improve society through a particular emphasis on senior citizens. As a philanthropic organisation, the TIMA Charitable Foundation provides grants to support non-profit organisations operating in Greece. The Foundation makes grants chiefly in the areas of social welfare and health, and mostly for the benefit of less privileged sections of society. Grants are also made in the areas of education, art and culture, exclusively to support programmes affecting Greek senior citizens.
