Dimitris Chrysanthou

Dimitris Chrysanthou is an economist with many years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He currently works in the Strategy and Transformation Division of ELTA S.A., focusing on banking and financial services.

Throughout his professional career, he has held positions of responsibility in areas such as team management, network organization, operations, risk management, financial services development, and the implementation of change and transformation projects.

He has experience in general management, strategic planning, financial sustainability, operational organization, ESG and sustainable development, as well as in the preparation of business plans and financial analyses.

He holds academic qualifications in Computer Science, Business Administration and Organizational Management, as well as postgraduate degrees in Banking, Accounting and Finance, and ESG – Sustainability Management.

He is an active member of the Economic Chamber of Greece, AHEPA, KEMEL, and the PMI Greece Chapter. He has also participated as an evaluator in the National Register of Certified Auditors and in Elevate Greece for the National Startup Awards.

As a mentor and member of KEMEL, he supports Civil Society organizations, professional teams, and new entrepreneurial initiatives on matters related to strategy, management, financial sustainability, and business orientation. His approach is practical, with an emphasis on sustainable development, understanding the external environment, and identifying applicable solutions.
