Stella Ioannidou is the founder of Human Centered, a company specializing in research, consulting, and bespoke training design for skills of the future. She is an engineer and a PhD candidate at the National Technical University of Athens, focusing on the application of Artificial Intelligence in the HR domain. She also holds postgraduate degrees in Adult Education, Business Administration, and Information Systems. She is an EMCC-accredited coach and mentor, a certified adult educator, and a specialist in career development, career counseling, and the cultivation of personal and professional skills. She volunteers her support to young professionals and women through organizations such as Job Pairs, Greek Women in STEM, WHEN, and ReGeneration. Stella has collaborated with numerous companies and organizations, including institutions of the Greek public administration, designing bespoke human capital strategies, delivering skill development programs, and leading international research initiatives. She currently serves as a Senior Research Director at the Josh Bersin Company in California, USA. Her personal aspiration is to support individuals on their journey toward self-improvement and self-awareness through inner empowerment and encouragement.
