This training focuses on practical and realistic approaches to people management, taking into account the resources and operational scale of small organisations.
Through theory, practical exercises, scenarios, and role plays, participants will explore:
how to design recruitment processes when staffing needs arise,
how to clarify roles and expectations without overburdening teams,
how to motivate and retain people through clear communication and feedback,
and how to implement simple evaluation and feedback practices in the day-to-day operation of an organisation.
The seminar will take place on the 1st floor of the offices of the Bodossaki Foundation, at Mourouzi 14, 10674 Athens, on Thursday, 26 February 2026, from 10:00 to 15:00.
