Thursday, 21 May 2026
15:00 - 17:00
The online sessions are addressed to Civil Society organisations, including CSOs, informal citizen groups, and social enterprises.
These individual 30-minute advisory sessions will cover topics related to corporate law and, more specifically, the establishment process of non-profit civil companies (AMKE), associations, unions, and non-profit legal entities in general. The sessions will also address issues concerning the drafting of statutes/articles of association, internal and external relations between partners or members, liability issues concerning board members, insurance obligations, tax law matters, as well as guidance on personal data protection issues.
The sessions are intended to provide general legal guidance and orientation. Questions should therefore be formulated at the level of general principles and should not require the examination of specific documents, factual circumstances, or the tailored application of legislation to a particular organisational or operational model.
Time & Venue
The advisory sessions will take place online on Thursday, 21 May 2026, from 15:00 to 17:00.
