The Greek Association of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders of Chalkida was founded in 2009 in Chalkida by relatives of people with dementia. It is a Non-Profit. We implement psychosocial empowerment interventions and intergenerational programs and we provide responsible information for memory and mental health. The organization is the coordinator of “Agia Irini” Day Center, where memory assessments are conducted as well as prevention, mental empowerment and movement workshops.
