Ermioni Tomazinaki has a 20 years demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceutical industry covering team management roles in Greece as well as in Europe. For 5 years she worked as a Commercial Director for Europe, Canada and S. America being responsible for both the creation and implementation of commercial strategies for various pharma brands. Ermioni has a significant experience in managing all needed information in order to create the most suitable plan of activities based on internal and external environment. Having worked with multicultural remote teams Ermioni gained remarkable experience on people management and leading remote teams or individuals with a focus on talent development.
