Thomas Gilias is a graduate of Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s Degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Portsmouth in UK. He also holds an MBA from the University of Macedonia and is the founder of the Business Consulting company MindmeUp, based in Thessaloniki. He specializes in Innovation and Marketing, where he helps young people, but also existing entrepreneurs to effectively turn their ideas into successful products and profitable services. He conducts workshops, seminars and personalized training programs, in which participants learn in practice how to apply various tools for developing and evaluating ideas, while enhancing their creativity and critical thinking. Among his passions are travelling and volleyball, in which he also acts as a Referee in Upper League categories. His motto is “If you can Dream it, you can do it” (Walt Disney) and he believes that proper preparation is a key to success!
