Thomas Gkilias is graduate of the Economics Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he holds a master’s degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship of University from Portsmouth. He also holds an ΜΒΑ from the University of Macedonia, and he is founder of MindmeUp Business Consultancy company, based in Thessaloniki. He is an expert in Innovation and Marketing, helping young people and experienced businessmen to efficiently convert their ideas into successful products/services and lucrative companies. He is an executive member of the Technology Transfer Office of the University of Macedonia, and he is in charge of providing support to researchers, in order to understand the possible commercial applications of their research, offering business advice. Finally, through his company, he undertakes the pre-evaluation, the submission and management of NSRF and Leader programmes, as well as technoeconomic, marketing and business designs, focusing on the development and amelioration of the competitiveness of companies.
He provides workshops for Social Dynamo on topics concerning the efficient team management.
