Athens: Fundraising Strategy Design

This seminar is addressed to staff members and leadership teams of Civil Society Organisations involved in fundraising, sponsorship development, and partnerships, who wish to strengthen the strategic approach and effectiveness of their fundraising efforts.

Using the Mission Model Canvas as a practical tool, and through hands-on work based on real organisational cases, participants will work on refining their mission, identifying potential donor and sponsor groups, and shaping their core communication messages.

The training follows a practical, seminar-based approach, supported by a team of mentors from ΚΕΜΕΛ, with limited theory and a strong emphasis on producing immediately usable material for each participating organisation or professional. The aim is for participants to gain an initial framework for strategic thinking and communication that will support a more targeted approach to donors, sponsors, and collaborators.
