Athens: Effective Consultation with Institutional Stakeholders

This training focuses on the practical dimension of consultation and engagement with institutional stakeholders, aiming to equip participants with essential and applicable tools for preparing and organising meaningful institutional meetings.

Through practical examples and short experiential exercises, participants will explore the key stages of the process, including:

-mapping relevant stakeholders,
-defining a clear and realistic objective,
-preparing a well-documented request,
-and organising the next steps following the meeting.
