Individual Legal Advisory Sessions

The online sessions are intended for Civil Society organisations, including CSOs, informal citizen groups, and social enterprises.

The topics covered during these 30-minute individual sessions include corporate law matters, particularly the establishment of civil non-profit companies, associations and other non-profit entities; guidance on drafting their articles of association; matters concerning internal and external relations between partners, including the liability of members of governing bodies; insurance obligations; as well as tax law and personal data protection matters.

The sessions are intended to provide general legal guidance and orientation. Questions should concern general legal principles and should not require the review of specific documents or factual circumstances, or the application of legislation to a specific organisational or operational model.

When and Where

The advisory sessions will take place online on Tuesday, 22 September 2026, from 15:00 to 17:00.
