13:00 - 16:00
The aim of this training is to support CSO professionals and coordinators in leading teams within a demanding and often fluid environment: limited resources, multiple roles, time pressure, and high expectations.
Through a participatory and practical approach, participants will work on real-life challenges drawn from their own organisations and leave the workshop equipped with three practical tools that can be immediately applied: role clarity, structured team communication, and feedback & delegation with clear expectations.
The overall goal is to strengthen collaboration, reduce burnout and friction, and increase organisational impact.

PREVENT is co-funded by the European Union (90% funding rate), through the Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values (CERV*) 2023-DAPHNE programme, and by the Bodossaki Foundation and NGO Support Centre (10% funding rate), with the total grant amounting to €2.3 million.
