The Association of Cancer Patients and Friends “Dynami Psychis” was founded and completed its legal incorporation in the spring of 2009. Today it is certified and registered with the national organization of voluntary non-governmental organizations. The Association is active throughout the prefecture of Rodopi and has more than 500 members. The Association develops a spirit of mutual help, mutual support and care for the personal and social rehabilitation of cancer patients. The members of the Association are cancer patients. Friends of the Association are volunteers willing to give. The goal is to change the perception that this disease, along with the body’s burden due to the treatments, is capable of also burdening the human soul. This is evident from all of us, who offer social and psychological support to each new patient and their organization.
