Agis Terzidis is the General Secretary of the board of directors of the DOCTORS OF THE WORLD-Greece. He is the medical coordinator of the organization. Pediatrician, specialized in public health, has a doctorate in preventive medicine – epidemiology. One of the first active members of Doctors of the World in Greece. His scientific interest lies in improving access to care for marginalized groups, as well as in the health of people on the move. He is the academic supervisor of MSc “Global health- Disaster medicine” of the medical school of Athens. He is a certified expert in identification of torture survivors.
He provides workshops for Social Dynamo on topics concerning public health and human rights.
