Costas Spyropoulos is the founder of C.e.G. Consulting (Compliance.ethics.Governance). C.e.G. Consulting provides consultancy on Business Ethics, Compliance and Corporate Governance, to Pharmaceutical Companies, Companies promoting Medical Devices – food supplements – cosmetics and Healthcare Organizations. His vision is “organizations to develop and establish a culture where decision making is based on ethical principles and values”. Further on to support organizations and senior management to understand and assess the business environment they operate in, to adapt effectively to Regulatory requirements, and manage their recourses. He is certified Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer. He holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and a Bachelor in Mathematics. Long working experience (28 years) with a multinational Pharmaceutical company as Compliance Officer for Greece and North-Eastern Europe, People Development Manager and various commercial roles. He is the Author of Codes of Business Conduct for pharmaceutical companies and Industry Associations, and a co-writer of the “Guide for Responsible Business”, issued by CSR Hellas. He is honored as speaker to congresses and events for Business Ethics & Compliance.
