Fotis Spiropoulos is the General Coordinator of Equal Society. The core purpose of his role is to provide leadership and direction. As the General Coordinator of the organization, he has been working closely with the board of directors in order to develop strategies, create new projects, advocate for the rights of vulnerable people and monitor programs of high quality, both domestic and via the European Union. Building a strong and highly performing collaborative team has been instrumental in navigating the organization’s dynamics, while creating a clear communication strategy which maximizes opportunities for advocacy and fundraising has also been a huge part of his responsibilities.
He provides workshops for Social Dynamo on the topics of Social Impact Analysis and Social Impact Management.
